Where to go?

The trying motto is useless unless one is not provided a fair pace or ground to move on for attaining the goals. It is a suffering and setback for those who are trying but due to lack of choices or chances they move backwards instead of a forward step. Attaining of goals is an ambition but at the same time it becomes a fancy for those who are unable to find the road which directs them towards their destination.

Living

Living is an art. Seconds are passing and still we cannot figure out what is well for us and what is not. We blame the Creator of the World for our misfortunes. We cry and regret. Still we never understand life is a coin and it has two sides heads and tails. Those two tails are actually sadness and happiness. Life's days will keep on tossing the coin and will bring in sadness or happiness.

The best thing about LIFE is that it is never stagnant rather it keeps on changing. A sad moment will not always remain rather it will make a room for a better time. Cries will not just remain rather it will leave so that the lips can smile.

Live with wisdom so that CRIES do not turn into regrets. Stretch your arms and keep on praying so that life can add a better page to your lives.

Maintaining a valuable workforce

Professional life starts generally when a person steps out from the student life and goes into the field.  Field is where you meet people of different age groups and those people are structured in a team, which is continuously striving to achieve some common tasks or goals. The tasks performed by varying individuals reflect their professionalism attitude.  Quality of work also varies.  The power with which a worker tries to best utilize his/her energies in the right direction reveals visible quality.

With the occurrence of quality work, certain indicators from the management side can boast the workers satisfaction.

Appreciation and acknowledgement for a well-done job should go hand in hand. Management should adopt measures that reward the employee who is striving at most for increased betterment.

Benefits should also be channelized for the devoted employees. In short effective and quality work should not go unnoticed and unrewarded rather a more comprehensive methodologies should be adopted to increase an employee morale and motivation.

The workplace should be designed in a manner that gives the workers the optimal chance to fully utilize their skills. The work setting should not impose any heath hazard and it should be given a top priority.

Generation of job satisfaction is necessary to achieve organizational goals. If the employees are happy and satisfied only then their morale will be high which will motivate them to work wholeheartedly for the achievement of goals. On the other hand, dissatisfied employees will otherwise yield high absentees and high turnover rate.

The management should establish a system of policies which are employee friendly and which are truly beneficial for the company’s personnel. Fringe benefits should also encompass with other monetary rewards.

Employees are the most valuable asset of any company and a sound organizational functioning cannot be achieved without them. Hence, it is in the hands of the company to maintain a satisfied workforce. Combination of different blend of strategies should be adopted to motivate and satisfy the employees. 

Dengue Fever

Vision of life is loosing its dignity in those mal developed areas where poverty exists and gender differentiation issues are at peak. Each day people of such areas are been victimized on the name of food and hunger. Why such issues still exist? If appropriate measures are been taken for poverty reduction then why still a lot of people are threatened by the disastrous word or threat of hunger. Why still many people today are forced to spend their lives under the open sky. Why they don’t have their own homes to give them a sensation of protection and a prospect of a better future?

Unfortunately such extreme conditions still exist in the different parts of the globalised world. Such extreme conditions are the prevalent feature of the developing nations. Global poverty is rising and it is affecting the developing nations. Pakistan is also a developing nation and it has also been exposed to the poverty phenomenon. The ranking of Pakistan is 43 interms of the poverty risk. Along with the poverty dilemma another natural hazard has caused a crisis in the country. Dengue fever has been viral throughout the land of Pakistan and each day numerous patients are been identified.

Each day a lot of citizens turn into dengue fever victims and they are admitted to hospitals. The situation seems to be more critical and deteriorated when the death statistics are known. Although the government is facilitating the victims and various strategic steps are been formulated and implemented but the intensity of the disease seems to repel the arrangements and problems continue each day. What needs to be done when the problem is out weighting the resources?

Definitely the nation should also stand up and play its due role. Each and everybody should be in the forefront against this disease along with the government. Prevention measures should be applied by every citizen inorder to prevent himself and his society in this difficult time. Instead of pinpointing and complaining about the inadequate resources steps should also be taken at individual level and the prevention measures should be followed. Again with unity and with a will of firmness betterment can be achieved. May everyone stays save from dengue! May dengue fever vanishes quickly and a healthy environment prevails throughout the country!
